Terms of Service

Governing terms establishing permitted prototype use, user responsibilities, and limitations of liability.

Last Updated: 2025-01-15

1. Prototype Nature

This environment is a non-production prototype. Functionality, availability, and data handling behaviors may change without notice. No uptime, data durability, or feature commitments are implied.

2. Eligibility & Access

Use assumes capacity to enter binding agreements and absence of conflicting jurisdictional prohibitions. Access may be revoked to protect stability, security, compliance, or community standards.

3. Account & Credential Stewardship

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and limiting session exposure. Suspected compromise should trigger immediate rotation. Shared accounts are discouraged; auditing may rely on user-level attribution.

4. Acceptable Conduct

Abusive automation, exploitation attempts, content misuse, or activities enumerated in the Acceptable Use Policy are prohibited. Evidence-based triage may result in suspension or throttling.

5. Intellectual Property

Prototype code, design assets, and branding remain property of the project owners. Feedback may be incorporated without attribution or obligation unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.

6. Generated & User-Contributed Content

You retain rights you already hold in contributed materials, granting a non-exclusive license for operation, improvement, moderation, and security review. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or production live data.

7. Service Modifications

Features can be added, deprecated, throttled, or removed for experimentation, security posture, or architectural evolution. Notice may be limited for urgent risk mitigation.

8. Disclaimers

Service is provided “as-is” without warranties (express, implied, statutory). No guarantee of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. No consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or indirect damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed fifty (50) USD equivalent.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify against third-party claims arising from misuse, violation of policies, or infringement caused by your content or integrations.

11. Third-Party Links & Components

Referenced tooling or external links are provided without endorsement or guarantee. Their terms and privacy practices apply independently.

12. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be limited or terminated for security risks, policy violations, inactivity, or legal requests. Data may be irrecoverably removed post-termination in this prototype context.

13. Governing Law (Placeholder)

Insert applicable jurisdiction once formal counsel defines deployment territory. Until then, this section is non-operative.

14. Changes to These Terms

Revisions will update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes signals acceptance. Material shifts may be enumerated on the Legal & Trust Center index.
