1. Scope & Prototype Disclaimer
This policy covers data surfaced through the prototype only. Production-grade compliance, resiliency, or jurisdictional tailoring is not yet implemented. Avoid submitting regulated or personal production data.
2. Data Categories
2.1 Account Metadata
Minimal identifiers (username, email) stored for session continuity and mock authentication flows.
2.2 Interaction Events
Client-side UI state or transient navigation context may be held in memory for better demo experience. No formal analytics pipeline is active.
2.3 Generated Content
User input or generated text remains in volatile memory unless intentionally persisted for a feature demonstration.
3. Temporary Processing
Operations (sorting, mock scoring, series generation) occur in-memory or browser-local. No centralized long-term datastore beyond ephemeral prototyping artifacts.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
Local storage simulates user persistence. Cookies (if any) are non-essential placeholders. See Cookie Notice for planned consent evolution.
5. Retention & Deletion
Data may be cleared by user action (e.g., local storage purge) or environment resets. No archival tier exists. Deletion requests are simulated and not legally codified.
6. Security Posture (Prototype)
Basic client-side guards only. No encryption at rest layer, WAF, IDS/IPS, or hardened network segmentation is deployed in this sandbox.
7. International Transfers
Not applicable in prototype (no cross-border replication). Future production considerations will enumerate transfer mechanisms if needed.
8. User Controls (Planned)
Access, correction, deletion, export, objection, and restriction workflows are roadmap items. Current build does not operationalize formal DSAR channels.
9. Third Parties
No external processors are integrated for this iteration. If tooling is later embedded (e.g., telemetry), disclosures will be added.
10. Children
Not directed to minors. Do not submit data relating to children. Age gating not enforced in prototype.
11. Changes to This Policy
Material revisions update the date and may be summarized at the Legal & Trust Center index.
